How soon can someone come out?

It depends on your town and the day, but we try to get you a window quickly, and we work to keep same-week appointments open. Call us early for the widest choice of times. Tell us if water is actively leaking so we can prioritize.

What appliances do you work on?

Refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops and built-in microwaves. Front-load and top-load. Gas and electric. Stacked laundry units in closets too. If it's a household appliance in your kitchen or laundry area, ask us.

Should I repair it or buy new?

Depends on age, the failed part, and how the rest of the machine looks. We tell you what we found and what it takes to fix. If it's near the end, we say so plainly instead of selling you a repair.

Can I do anything before you arrive?

Unplug the unit if it's sparking or smells hot. Shut off the water valve for a leaking washer or dishwasher. Shut off gas at the appliance if you smell gas, then leave and call your utility. Clear a path so we can reach the machine.
