We fix home appliances across New Jersey. Row houses in Jersey City, older colonials in Montclair, tight basement laundry rooms down the shore — we work in all of them. Refrigerators that stopped cooling, washers that won't drain, ovens with no heat, dishwashers leaving standing water. Pick your city from the list below to see what we cover, or call us and tell us what the appliance is doing.

Do the homework. Ask us for our business name and address in writing, then look it up yourself. New Jersey homeowners can check registration through the state's Division of Consumer Affairs and search for any complaints. Ask the tech to identify himself at the door. We'd rather you verify than wonder.
We work across much of the state, from Bergen and Hudson County down through the central corridor and into the southern counties. The city list on this page is the quickest way to check. If your town isn't listed, call us — we'll tell you straight whether we reach you.
Depends on the day and where you are. Call us and we'll give you the next open window instead of a vague promise. Weekday appointments fill first. If your fridge is warm and food is at risk, say so when you call so we can flag it.
Three things help most: the brand, the model number, and a plain description of the symptom. Model numbers hide on a sticker inside the fridge, on the door frame, under the washer lid, or along the dishwasher tub edge. Snap a photo of it. Note any error code on the display.
We service all major residential brands as an independent repair company. No manufacturer sends us. That means we're not limited to one label, but it also means warranty work through a maker has to go through them. If your unit is still under factory coverage, check that first before paying anyone.
Call us or fill out the form. Describe what you hear, smell or see. Brand and rough age help. We ask a few questions so the tech arrives with likely parts on the truck.
Pick a window that works. Our tech tests the machine, checks power, water and drainage, then explains what failed in plain words. No jargon, no guessing out loud at your kitchen table.
Most jobs finish the same visit. If a part must be ordered, we tell you what and why. If the unit isn't worth fixing, we say that too, and you decide.
Ask these of anyone you let into your home — us included. Call and we'll answer all five before you book anything.
