Rhode Island homes run small and old. Narrow cellar stairs in Providence. Tight kitchens in triple-deckers. Salt air on the washer drum near the shore. We repair washers, dryers, fridges, ovens, dishwashers and freezers across the state, and we work around cramped spaces every day. Pick your city from the list below, or call us and tell us what the appliance is doing.
Taking calls until 5:00 PM ET
Ask us directly, then verify it yourself. You can look up our business registration, ask for a written description of the work before we start, and request the tech's name when we confirm your appointment. We're an independent repair company, not sent by any manufacturer. Any homeowner should do this homework before letting a stranger into the house.
We work across the state, from Providence and Pawtucket down through Warwick, Cranston, East Greenwich and the Bay towns, out to Newport and Westerly. The city pages below list the areas we visit most. If your town isn't listed, call us and ask.
Call us and we'll go over open windows. We book by arrival window, not an exact minute, because a job in a walk-up can run long. If we're delayed, we'd rather tell you than leave you sitting by the door.
Brand, model number and the symptom. The model tag usually hides inside the fridge wall, on the dishwasher door frame, or behind the dryer door. Tell us what you hear and see too — buzzing, standing water, a burning smell, a drum that won't spin. That helps us bring likely parts.
It helps a lot. Old Rhode Island basements and pantries get tight. Move laundry baskets, boxes and pet bowls away from the unit, and clear a path to the door. If the appliance sits in a closet or under a counter, mention that on the phone so we plan the pull-out.
Call us or fill out the form. Describe what you hear, smell or see. Brand and rough age help. We ask a few questions so the tech arrives with likely parts on the truck.
Pick a window that works. Our tech tests the machine, checks power, water and drainage, then explains what failed in plain words. No jargon, no guessing out loud at your kitchen table.
Most jobs finish the same visit. If a part must be ordered, we tell you what and why. If the unit isn't worth fixing, we say that too, and you decide.
Ask these of anyone you let into your home — us included. Call and we'll answer all five before you book anything.
