We fix appliances in New Hampshire homes — fridges that quit cooling, washers stuck mid-cycle, ovens that won't hold heat. A lot of the housing up here is older, with tight basements, narrow stairs and cramped laundry closets. That's the kind of work we do every day. Pick your city from the list below, or call us and tell us what the appliance is doing.
Taking calls until 5:00 PM ET
Verify us yourself. Ask for a business name and address, look us up, and check registration with the New Hampshire Secretary of State. Any honest company will answer questions about insurance and who is coming to the door. Do the same for every contractor you call, not just us.
Depends on your town and how the schedule looks that week. Call us and we'll tell you the real openings, not a maybe. If your fridge is warm, say so when you call — food loss moves you up the list.
Our crew works out of Norwalk, Connecticut and covers cities across the Northeast, New Hampshire included. The city links on this page show where we book most often. Not seeing your town? Call and ask — coverage shifts, and we'd rather say no than waste your day.
Three things help: the brand, the model and serial number, and a plain description of what's wrong. The model tag is usually inside the door frame, behind the kick plate, or on the back panel. Snap a photo of it. Also mention any noise, smell, error code or leak.
We're an independent repair company and we service all major brands — refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens. We're not authorized by any manufacturer. If your unit is still under a factory warranty, check that paperwork first so you don't pay for something the maker would handle.
Call us or fill out the form. Describe what you hear, smell or see. Brand and rough age help. We ask a few questions so the tech arrives with likely parts on the truck.
Pick a window that works. Our tech tests the machine, checks power, water and drainage, then explains what failed in plain words. No jargon, no guessing out loud at your kitchen table.
Most jobs finish the same visit. If a part must be ordered, we tell you what and why. If the unit isn't worth fixing, we say that too, and you decide.
Ask these of anyone you let into your home — us included. Call and we'll answer all five before you book anything.
