Questions Delaware homeowners ask

How do I check that your company is legitimate before I let someone in?

Verify us yourself. Ask for our business name and address, then look up licensing and registration through Delaware's Division of Professional Regulation and check the Division of Corporations listing. Search our name online and read what comes up. Any honest repair company expects that. When a technician shows up, ask who they are before you open the door.

How soon can someone come out?

That depends on the day and where you are in the state. Call us and we'll give you the actual next opening instead of a vague promise. If your fridge is warm or a washer is leaking onto a finished floor, say so on the phone so it gets sorted correctly.

Which parts of Delaware do you cover?

New Castle, Kent and Sussex counties. The city pages below cover the areas we book most. Beach-area and rural southern addresses may land on different days, so give us your ZIP code on the phone and we'll confirm before we schedule anything.

What should I have ready when I call?

Brand and model number. The model tag hides inside the fridge on a sidewall, along the dishwasher door edge, or behind the dryer door. Note what the machine does and when it does it, and whether you hear a buzz, a click or grinding. That helps us bring the right part.

Do you work on my brand?

We service all major brands as an independent repair company. We are not authorized by or affiliated with any manufacturer. If your unit is still under a factory warranty, call the manufacturer first, since using an outside shop can affect that coverage.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the symptom

Call us or fill out the form and describe what you hear, smell or see. Brand and rough age help. We ask a few questions first so the tech shows up with the likely parts already on the truck.

  2. Step 2

    We come look

Pick a window that works for you. The tech tests the machine and checks power, water and drainage, then tells you what failed in plain words. No jargon. No guessing out loud at your kitchen table.

  3. Step 3

    Repair or straight answer

Most jobs finish on the same visit. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you what it is and why. And if the unit isn't worth fixing, we say that, then you decide.

Why homeowners call us

  • Old houses don't scare usRowhouse kitchens, narrow cellar stairs, stacked units jammed into closets. We've pulled machines through doorways built long before these appliances existed. We protect floors and trim, and everything goes back where it stood.
  • Symptom-first diagnosisA dryer that runs cold and a dryer that trips the breaker are two different problems. We test before we replace. That keeps us from swapping out good parts and handing you a bill for nothing.
  • Independent, not a brand agentWe repair all major brands and answer to no manufacturer. So we recommend the fix that makes sense for your machine and your budget, and that includes telling you when replacement is the smarter move.
  • All major brands, gas & electricIndependent service on Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, GE, Maytag, Bosch, KitchenAid and the rest.
  • Straight answersNot worth fixing? We say that out loud, and often it saves you the visit fee.
