Maine homes run the range: old farmhouses with low basements, coastal capes, triple-deckers with stairs no dolly likes. We repair washers, dryers, fridges, ovens, dishwashers and freezers in all of them. We're an independent repair company working on all major brands. Pick your city from the list below, or call us and tell us what the appliance is doing.

Verify us yourself. Ask for the technician's name before the visit, look up our business details, and check any licensing or registration requirements that apply in your town. A real company will answer those questions without pushback. We'd rather you ask than wonder.
Call us and we'll walk through open windows. Scheduling depends on your town, the day, and whether the part is common. Same-week is often possible. If a part has to be ordered, we'll tell you that on the phone instead of after we're standing in your kitchen.
Portland, Lewiston, Bangor, Augusta and the towns around them are on the city list below. Coastal and inland areas are often reachable too. Give us your ZIP and we'll say yes or no straight out — no maybe.
Three things help: the brand and model number (usually on a sticker inside the door or behind the drawer), a plain description of the symptom, and any error code on the display. Also mention stairs, a narrow basement door, or a tight laundry closet so we bring the right gear.
Both. Plenty of Maine houses still run a dryer from decades back, and those are often simpler to fix than a new one. Sometimes parts for very old units are hard to source. We'll look, tell you what we find, and let you decide.
Call us or fill out the form. Describe what you hear, smell or see. Brand and rough age help. We ask a few questions so the tech arrives with likely parts on the truck.
Pick a window that works. Our tech tests the machine, checks power, water and drainage, then explains what failed in plain words. No jargon, no guessing out loud at your kitchen table.
Most jobs finish the same visit. If a part must be ordered, we tell you what and why. If the unit isn't worth fixing, we say that too, and you decide.
Ask these of anyone you let into your home — us included. Call and we'll answer all five before you book anything.
